AVS is led by Abdulvahit Simsek, one of the leaders in the marine supply and service sector for over 20 years in Turkey. Mr. Simsek comes from a tradition of ship supply services as part of the activities of the Simsekler companies located in Izmir, a trusted name which have been active in ship chandlery and ship scrapping for over 30 years in Turkey and globally.
Through his leadership and network of associations around the world Simsek has brought AVS into a position to provide detailed and value oriented services to its suppliers and clients. As a part of Simsek’s sector activities, AVS is a member of ISSA and TURSSA actively working to improve standards in the sector worldwide.
